What is Vuelve ID?
A tag designed so that, if someone finds your pet, they know in seconds who they belong to and how to call you. No app to download.
Either way, their profile opens: their name, their photo and your phone number to call you.
It is not a GPS: it does not track in real time and has no battery. It is their identification.

This is what someone sees when they scan the tag. You can have several pets in one account.
How is it different from a microchip?
A microchip can only be read with a special scanner, and only vets and shelters have one. Vuelve ID can be read by anyone with a phone.
Be honest: how many times have you seen someone put a lost dog in their own car to take it to the vet? Would you?
What most people do is walk up, pet them and look for a tag. That is where we come in.
| Microchip | Vuelve ID | |
|---|---|---|
| Who can read it? | A vet or shelter with a scanner | Anyone with a phone |
| What do they see? | A number that has to be looked up in a registry | Their name, their photo and your phone number |
| Updating your info? | By contacting the chip registry | You do it yourself, from your phone |
| Where does it go? | Under the skin | On the collar |
They don’t compete: ideally, have both. The microchip is permanent; Vuelve ID is what any neighbor can read on the spot.
And best of all: you can change your info anytime, without going to the vet or calling anyone. You have full control of your pet’s profile and identification.
How it works
- Choose the color. We engrave your pet’s name and their unique ID.
- Scan the tag when it arrives and create their profile: your phone, their photo, allergies and vaccines. Edit it anytime.
- Anyone who sees it scans it and instantly knows who to call. If they share their location, you get it by email with a Google Maps link.
